On the top of the teeth coming out there is something like a nippel and also between tongue and the teeth before the wise tooth there is my gums swollen. Is this normal?
Man the pain is fucking me so hard, this teeth started to grow out when I was on holidays 2019 in the summer and I remember it was the badest pain Ive ever had in my life it was so bad I couldnt enjoy anything and I just wanted to die (Im not suicidal ) . I only had paracetamol there. Now Im on high dose opioids and paracetamol and its also very bad but its not that bad then 2019. Why the fuck starts this tooth to grow out and then stops and continues 2 years later??? Why?

Wow! Thank you! I used warm water in a water flosser to rinse my wisdom tooth, then I brushed the area with my electric toothbrush and I already feel immediate relief. I must mention that I also took 2 Aleeve (I didn't have Advil) earlier and I've been crying out to God for healing. I'll give God the glory for waking me up with this pain and pushing me to this video. I feel so much better now. Also, if you have coconut oil, try oil rinsing regularly. This helps tremendously with pain (as well as Sensodyne toothpaste) and it whitens your teeth. I just happen to run out out of these items. Hope you feel better.

It’s killing me right now. I can see this white thing peeking underneath my gums but part of my gum is still covering the outter part. It burns and aches I keep rinsing my mouth out with Listerine, peroxide and sometimes canker-sore gel.😫
Same for me. They are slightly poking so I know they aren't crooked, but they are still in the gums and they ache sometimes.

I was glad to have my two top Wisdom Teeth removed,Never felt so much pain before,It was that "painful" I even had to stay awake for nearly three solid says with out any sleep,Started to see stars in my eyes,Ive been awake for so long,Amount of pain I was in was worse than very evil
Mine are coming in at the moment, still up in the gum yet not through yet all the way. I doubt they're stuck, because I can feel them just a tiny bit through the gum. But if you're hurting, let me tell you. You're teething as an adult basically, so what I do is take Ibuprofen whenever I feel the slightest bit of pain so it doesn't progress further, then I eat on a popsicle here and there. Works like a charm for me till I can get mine pulled since getting them cut would be out of my price range.
I'm pretty much the same, I can feel a bit through the gums but they're still in there. Myn grow in spurts and have an ache for a few days to a week and then stop.

Hope you can find a solution for this pain. I know what is to be in constant excruciating pain as I suffer from Hemorrhoids the pain last for hours and the episodes may last months. Now I am having pain associated with the wisdom teeth. Although my gum pain is a 4 or 5 compared to my hemorroidal pain which is a 8 or 9.

My bottom ones are impacted. I'm in so much pain, with ear pressure. They feel too big for my mouth. I just want them removed so badly. I've had the top two removed. My gum feels raw and painful. 😭😭😭 Praying I can get the left one removed, as is the most painful. They came through a long time ago now, but it always like there isn't space for them, like they are still erupting, years later.
Ooof, hang in there. I have an impacted wisdom tooth on my bottom left and I have to wait til the 24th to have it removed. The pain is so unbearable. Hope you're able to get those teeth out as soon as possible.

Im 13 and my wisdom tooth is killing me and its already coming in. I'm turning 14 this tomorrow August 20th, but that's besides the point. I'm in tears and it hurts so bad.
I Feel better I got my upper left removed … paid $50 for X-ray then $175 for simple tooth removal . I was in tears sometimes , couldn’t sleep and I was in excruciating pain for a week before removal .. the numbing shots didn’t hurt nor the removal and I was awake the whole time

Hi, I'm from the Philippines and I just got my impacted wisdom tooth in the last 3 weeks or so. Then I just got to the dentist today and he said it was an impacted wisdom tooth. They said I need to get an x-ray first and remove my braces, but apparently my parents can't afford the removal if only I could find a job here in the Philippines, where the lack of requirements and minimum wages are too bad. I guess I'm just going to suffer.

Since past 2 years I've been suffering from wisdom tooth pain which comes on every 2 months and takes like 2 weeks to settle down. Rn im suffering from it by i can't decide whether to get it removed or just deal with like I've been doing since 2 years.
At first I was hesitated on my 1st removal but then I was so relief after removing it out, the healing process is about 10 days. I’m so happy I can eat anything without pain I feel like my life is back until my 2nd wisdom tooth pain comes😢 , can’t wait to get my 2nd tooth to be removed

Guys I'm on day 5 and its getting better slowly. But I constantly had pain killers like evry 3 hrs and I also kept rinsing my mouth with mouthwash and salt water.

My wisdom teeth started to come in last year January. It was quite painful, I thought my teeth was gonna come out! My dentist said that they're impacted. The pain only lasted a few days but even now once in a while I do get a little pain, and I suddenly got bad breath a few weeks ago.
Is my impacted wisdom teeth causing my bad breath?
Hi Lance. Impacted wisdom teeth don't typically cause bad breath. But, if the tooth is partially erupted. This is where a bit of the tooth is coming though the gum (but not all of it), then bacteria could be building up around this area, as it is hard to clean and causing the bad breath. Are you aware of the wisdom tooth being partially erupted?
@@ElectricTeeth thanks for the response. And you're exactly right! I just went to the dentist today and he said exactly that. He also said that I'm not flossing frequently enough which is also what's causing my bad breath.

Absolutely hate them I've an impacted wisdom tooth but instead of forwards or backwards mine decided to part way embedded itself in to my actually cheek no pain from the tooth but repeatedly feels like a needle keeps being poked in to my cheek with the sharp sudden pain smh
Have this issue, but not as bad as others. The flap is kinda small. TBH, I've had this problem during every wisdom tooth eruption and although It was painful, it would usually resolve itself. I checked my wisdom tooth, and it's normal (not sideways or anything) it's same as my past 2 wisdom teeth but just a little more painful. I never paid attention to the other 2 so will do the same here. Furthermore, I have no intention of having my tooth pulled out or get my gum cut so here's what I'm going to do (AGAIN, I'm not visiting a dentist because my tooth is normal, visit a doc if your tooth is sideways or not normal).
Bought painkillers, antibiotic (Azithromycin - 500 mg), listerine mouth wash. I'm pretty sure that this problem will leave once the tooth is a bit more out (as I've had similar experience with my other teeth)
Painkillers - 2 times a day (after breakfast and after even snacks/dinner)
Antibiotics - azithromycin 500mg tablet (once a day during noon)
Brushing - morning and night (as usual) and will do after each meal as well (this makes a lot of difference! I had massive build-up of cavity and stuff, brushing slowly at different angles really helped me clean it)
Mouth wash - 2 times a day (after breakfast and after dinner, as I do my breakfast around 5-6 hours before sleeping).
I'LL KEEP YOU UPDATED (will try my best) and if I miss a day or two, please remind me. I'll respond asap as my notifs are on.
TIP - do not sleep on the wisdom tooth side, it's gonna pain more if you apply pressure there. Ask family members for this, or just make a wall from blankets and pillows and all that would stop you from changing sides.
PS - the pain is hell!
How old are you and how did you manage it. In my case, one dentist said it's fully erupted.. and another dentist said it still needs to be erupt more... Just one tooth (on right side) is causing pain.. all other wisdom teeth are fine.. I touched the area and the gum around it feels ok and no pain to touch. I will go again to the dentist. I don't want to pull the wisdom tooth because I have extracted a first molar on the same side because of decay and root canal failure. So, I really don't want any other extractions. I'm also thinking about implants for the replacing the molar tooth... But truly the pain is kinda comes and goes. 😅

@@Ch.Hemachander-03 The teeth fully came out but it broke a little because it was blocked by another tooth, it doesn't hurt anymore but I sometimes accidentally bite my cheek because my jaw isn't big enough for my wisdom tooth.

This comment gonna be long. If you have time to read this comment, Please read it. I have one wisdom tooth (which is 3rd molar) at the right lower side. And Please Listen to my problem, As you know this, When the Wisdom tooth is not fully prepared and there is some enamel around that tooth because of this when I eat any food it will store there and I am not good enough in brushing my teeth. Because of my carelessness, There formed an Abscess near that wisdom tooth and that abscess present in front of an immediate neighbour of that wisdom tooth (which is 2nd molar). When I went to Dental Clinic yesterday, There one dentist said we must extract that wisdom tooth otherwise it might infect the other teeth. And Yesterday they provided Antibiotics for 5 days for alleviating the pain of that abscess and said me to come after 5 days. I am little bit scared about extraction of that wisdom tooth. Please tell me what should I do?

Michael this is something we are working on at the moment with our dentists. The short answer is no. The ones you see sold online etc are not worth it and don't work. The best approach is to have the teeth cleaned professionally.

I rubbed it. I put toothpaste in the hole. that my tooth is broken and the pain reached him in April and it's been a few weeks since I also took saridon parecetamol I don't know if you have that but I hope the pain goes away because I know how you feel you want to take your ear to the pain:((

If he has a cavity, the tooth is damaged and in need of repair. The toothache is likely as a result of food and liquids getting into that cavity and coming into contact with softer and more sensitive parts of the tooth structure. It needs to be looked at and ideally repaired. Of course only an assessment by a dental professional can confirm this for sure.

It isn't essential to have a wisdom tooth removed. It depends on a variety of circumstances, but they can be left in if they are not causing complications.

This pain drains the fuck out of u... Very uncomfortable and frustrating. Sometimes its so painful that i just wanna pull it out myself. It hurts when i eat, swallow any even my own spit, biting down too hard where i spend most nights just trying to endure the pulsating pain that i feel all over my head. We can't comment on whether you will need Surgery. If you are concerned do get personalised advice from your dentist who can do an inspection of your mouth/teeth. The approaches can vary from 1 country to another.

My wisdon tooth bottom left side....I've had it for about 6 years now an had to get cavity fill.... I don't know why but no matter how many times they gave me shots they couldn't touch it it was like it was never num I had to go through hell an it wasn't just once that I had to do this an now I see it's on the nerve I have to back in but I don't know what to do they can't stop the pain...every other tooth no problem when they gave me the shots but that back one oh man pain like hell

@@chrismundhernandez3437 it was so hard to convince insurance that I needed the surgery! My dentist literally admitted to me about lying to them about how had it was so they'd agree to cover it. I should have gotten them out 5 months ago but it's so expensive and insurance wouldn't cover it. I understand your pain, I really really hope you find a way to get them removed soon

My wisdom teeth starting coming in about 2 or 3 years ago and now the bottom right has pushed my teeth so far that it cracked one of my molars!!! Yes they remove more plaque. A manual toothbrush used correctly is satisfactory, but electric offer a better overall clean.

Hi I had a question. I have my wisdom teeth coming out. I'm going through lot of pain in the gums. Do you recommend any medicine to put it on the gums. So the swollen gums will reduce the pain.
I need help... It's very painful. And I'm in Ireland right now. Not sure how can I get ride of this pain. The tooth is coming out. But the gums are swollen. We can't have any medicine here without prescription. Thank you your help will be appreciated
Over the counter painkillers such as paracetamol and ibuprofen are worth trying. If these do not work, please consult your dentist.
Well in my case my mom use a row turmeric stick and heat it and then put it on the muscle (pain area) for 1-2 second and burn the area
I was scared but to be honest it feels good and it kinda loosen the muscle around the tooth
My mom said don't over do it
Do it when u feel pain

I've got cavity and i asked dentist to remove that tooth but he said root canal is best than removing... And i asked him what if wisdom teeth comes after... He said there won't be any problem but later root canal tooth started to pain... I've visited dentist and he said that there's no option other than surgical extraction since there's no place for wisdom teeth to come as root canal tooth has occupied much space... I'm afraid of surgical extraction and I'm unable to bear the pain... Is there any alternate way other than surgical extraction?

I extracted a root canal first molar because of its failure although the dentist said she will fix but considering the fact that I have suffered for a year I opted for extraction and she did the surgical extraction. That time she said that my wisdom teeth still need some more parts to erupt as I had swelling and mild pain (both the wisdom tooth pain and extracted molar are on same side) . It's been a month of extraction and Im again having pain in wisdom teeth. And it really creates jaw pain. I don't know how to put this in words. I can't even explain all these mild pain here and there. I don't want to remove the wisdom tooth because of the first molar on the same side is extracted. So, I want to know what you did to resolve the issue?? Please reply
