    It is great that you can easily get the parts. I can't help thinking that carb is as big as some of the small engines we work on 🙂 Great job

      Yes ! Holley has been around since hot rodding began ! Learning to buy the authentic parts though, the aftermarket ones are not nearly as good.

      Still not through it yet, a couple quarts of gas in the sump from something I got wrong. Next week before I can get back to it. Thanks for all the great support 👍

      @@TheCanadianBubba check those needle seats one tiny spec can keep fuel flowing

      @@256garage- Must be something like that, surprised it did not overflow the bowl and come out the vents though.

    Awesome job bro. Last carb I rebuilt was a Carter Thermo Quad Four.

      They were ahead of their time ! The phenolic body with todays spacer innovations would be an excellent combination for keeping the fuel cool and making great power👍

    I’ve watched again and miss the mistake guess I’ll watch 3rd time lol but I did notice you changed the accelerator cam hood call most people don’t realize those plastic pieces ware out

      Maybe wrong metering block gasket looks like bowl gasket spray pump hole is right best I can tell

      @@256garage- Yes ! the plate to body gasket was totally wrong ! On the second tear down I put an o-ring around the accelerator pump passage so it would work. That was two bad moves in a row. Amazed it ran at all like that ! Seems all the power valves I have put in it so far were bad, or went bad as well. Will keep at it ! Thanks for all the support 👍
