Heeey friend! Great video, I wish you great success with getting all the things changed over to your new last name & the home updates / renovations. You brought back great memories…I wanted the Cabbage Patch kid doll. My parents refused to pay the high cost. A lady was making them at a very low cost. So you know my mom bought one & it just wasn’t the same. It didn’t even look right😩😢 I was super mad for years & said I would never be frugal, etc. Look at me now I’m 100% frugal😂 Thanks so much for the support of my channel❤
New driver license came in the mail today! Now I can really get those name changes happening with my ID updated. Omg the cabbage patch knock off doll. Isn’t that funny how little perspective we had.

Thuma!! We have those in both bedrooms as well and recently upgraded to a king for our bedroom. Thuma is so so good. My husband is very much so a buy once cry once type of person and it’s been painful but also so great
Your husband and mine are the same. I’m super impressed with the thuma frames. They’re beautifully made and I really believe they’ll last us forever. I’m also so happy with the king. It still feels new and like we’re in a hotel or something!
When you used quotes around “his house” that is exactly how I meant it😂 like it’s “ours” now. Thank you for answering!! It sounds like it’s still super useful to you guys to have homes in both locations and not rent out the townhome in the near future.
Yes so far we’re seeing nice value, I’m sure one day that’ll change. I’m grateful for my HOA who keeps up with the outdoor maintenance to make it look nice when we’re not around.
Lolll the brand I wanted so badly WAS the Bearpaws! 😂 I grew up low income and with super wide, high-arched feet (so it was incredibly difficult to find shoes that fit that my mom could afford), so getting any shoes other than my clearance sneakers was a treat! I totally remember the Ugg and Southpole craze back around '07. Kids were incredibly harsh when it came to what was "in." According to my little cousins, times haven't changed much. 😬 So happy you got to have a great time with your family at dinner! I'll be in the cities soon to visit family, so I might see if we can make plans to try Manny's...
Ah! Gosh I remember being teased so hard for the stupidest things. I’d definitely recommend Manny’s - just remember all of the apps and sides are sized for the table. Don’t order your own side, they’re HUGE! If you go let me know how your meal is! 💗

When I was growing up we didn't have issues with brand names nothing like that ..think its such a pressure for parents and children alike
My youngest son was in a private school for awhile and he had to have Nike trainers and didn't and was do teased about it 😢..so sad really but when we moved him to government school was much better less pressure on clothes
