The 1518 to Ealing Broadway is actually going to London Paddington but they advertise it as Ealing Broadway because they want you to use the fast services to Paddington. Same goes for Paddington: stopping services to Reading advertised as Twyford and Didcot Parkway advertised as Cholsey.

They advertise it as only going there to get more passengers on the fast ones. In reality it goes all the way to Paddington.
