Morning all! Its a gorgeous sunny day here in Michigan! Although I have lots of reptile work today I am looking forward to spending some time outside later and enjoying this beautiful day! As for Ivy, I have never seen anything like this from a snake. I continue to be blown away at how she acts and her intelligence. Let me know what you guys think of this. In all the years I have kept reptiles I have never experienced a snake like this... Are all anacondas this way? I want to find more out! Have an awesome day today! Stay positive and be kind.. Know I will be sending all my positive energy to all of you! Love you guys so much! Brian
@@geraldinerice5371 decision-making. Oh my that is so clever, I wonder if she'll choose to go in the water after. That would be so clever.(not something easily done at all just cause she wants to) 😂
@gerldine rice... I think snakes are super cool animals, but what happened was so over hyped. The snake feels comfortable in its cage, but you’ll never guess what it did. Get ready now... IT WENT BACK IN!!! YOU’D NEVER BELIEVE IT!! It really wasn’t that cool. If the snake wants to be in the water, it’s gonna go in the water
Yes, he also has Verde. He got her as a baby and she is still at the reptarium. She is a whole lot smaller than Ivy. Haven’t really been able to see verde as much as we have seen Ivy. Hopefully Verde will be just as curious and intelligent as Ivy when she gets to be the same age. They are both awesome snakes 🐍
Good morning Brian! Ivy is so incredible! She has been surprising us for a while! What’s next, opening the enclousure’s door by herself? The podcast was amazing! I love your vlogs!
I love how ivy is strolling around like she’s the shop dog/cat/what ever shop animals are out there. Love the videos. Thanks for the great content. Keep up the great work
Ivy is so smart. Her sniffin the flowers.... climbing the step stool to get home. Incredible!!! that new pump will help you so much. Order parts or another one.
You guys absolutely killed the podcast yesterday. Best one so far. Ivy is proving to be not only beautiful but so extremely intelligent. Sort of scary!
Can believe Ivy climb up the step stool. Animals just continue to amaze us. It shows right there, her intelligence. Brian, I enjoyed the virtual tour, thanks
My twin girls and I love watching you!! My girls will be 4 in a couple months and I was thinking abt getting a leopard gecko for them but want to do a little more research on how to keep them happy and properly care for them. Love your videos!!
they’re the BEST starter reptiles:-) and a lot of fun with personality too, there’s some great info videos on youtube that could give you a good idea of what you’re getting yourself into
Make sure your mainly getting the pet for you, the kids are 4. Leopard geckos are also quite easily hurt, especially by a rough handling child. So just make sure you always supervise it and make sure this gecko is more for you then anyone else.
Ivy going back in her cage by herself just means you have a very happy anaconda there Brian. You really are absolutely amazing with all of your 'babies'
Ivy goes home on her own! Amazing footage Brian, so mesmerizing, discovering the levels of intelligence these supposed pet “rocks” might have. Could watch this type of content endlessly.
Ivy sure is one beautiful, very special girl! Not only is she showing you just how intelligent she is, but she is also pretty much telling you just how much she loves and feels comfortable and safe in her home. I mean, a big girl like Ivy clearly has nothing to be afraid of! Plus, by her wandering around, outside of her enclosure, checking out her surroundings, the flowers, checking out what you were doing with your new water vac, it shows that she certain isn’t intimidated or afraid of anything. Quite the opposite! She feels safe and secure enough to wander around freely, just to check you and everything else out. Then once she had either had enough, or she had quelled her curiosity about what was going on outside her home, she made the choice to take herself back to her favourite place - her enclosure. Where she is clearly happy and content. It must make your heart so happy Brian, to see such a magnificent creature so satisfied with the home you have provided for her. 🥰 👏🏼 💜
That's so cool about her going back in her enclosure. I know a gal in CO who is researching carpet pythons. They go in and out of their enclosures like this, and are target trained.
@javier cerron... Ivy just used the ladder so she could get back in her cage. I don’t get what’s so cool about it. She wanted to go back in her water, so she did just that. Really not that interesting
Trevor Aston Snakes like to escape their cage it's pretty common. Brian cleans big snake cages all the time and obviously has to lead the snake to go back into the cage most of the time.
So Happy You guys Caught this with Ivy Great Vlog 👍 Love how you love each and every animal I'm the same but your blessed with So Much 💕 Ivy made me SMILE 😁💚🐍💚😉
Ivys curiosity and intelligence is amazing! She explored and enjoyed her adventure then decided time was up! Figuring out the step stool was fun but I think my favorite part was Ivy by the flowers!
Where did you see the security footage at? I know he mentioned it in one of his vlogs but don't think he showed it in that one jw because I want to watch it.
Imagine that an animal climbing back into an environment that it knows and feels safe... absolutely love your videos I have followed for absolute years man stop click baiting mate your the man you dont need to click bait
Wow it’s really smart‼️ ..but I’ve noticed how at the end u say “I promise, I’ll see you tmrw.”But everyday is not promised tho ..especially someone that works with all types of snakes ..As much as I pray that you’ll upload everyday ..the reality is one day you’ll say that but the next day there won’t be one🤔😔 You should say “ Hope 2 see you all Tmrw “‼️
When the worlds normal again , I will visit ! Only 3 hours away . Worth the drive , I love the content . You make everything so interesting. So much knowledge
Wow Ivy is so intelligent to know her way back to her enclosure, I guess she done it by smelling her own enclosure in the air. Love the pond Vac, that will be great for cleaning Lucy out too, she always poo's in her water. Great Vlog today !!!
Wow Ivy is so amazingly smart. This just shows that she is totally aware and engaged with her surroundings. This story reminds me of our eclectus parrots who do the same thing at night when they're ready to go to bed. If we're watching TV or something together with them out in the room, when it gets late they usually waddle right back into the cage all on their own. We have 5 parrots and only these two smartiep ants birds will "Go to bed" like this.
Ivy climbing into her cage after slithering around for an hour or so, just tells me that she is comfortable and content in her enclosure. She knew exactly where she was going. She was done touring. You keep her perfectly. 🐍
Hi Brian :) I've been feeling depressed and very lonely lately due to quarantine... at least I watch your vlogs and working on my puzzle trying to keep me happy :) Have an amazing day Brian :)

This Michigan weather is finally getting good....but this is Michigan😭
Good morning brian hope you have a great day at work
It's sunny here in Sweden too, but I'm a little rain cloud x)
Is not morning fro us but I love ivy
This just shows how intelligent Anacondas are.
Exactly it's really cool how they're just so smart my day is good so far but I'm mean to ask you how's your day
Lucy is too
Or is it just a snake climbing into its cage, not that impressive really 😂 not tryna argue or anything just confused about the utter amazement
@@NagoyaRR completely agree. I like Brian but that was just silly 😂
NagoyaR as it’s really not that impressive , it is pretty whimsical to see a snake using steps as they were intended! (whether it meant to or not)
Ivy likes her home, and knows where she lives.
I'm having trouble finding why a snake going into its home is that smart. Pretty standard stuff right?

Ivy climbing the ladder back into her cage was amazing! Such a smart girl! So glad you were able to get it on film!🐍
