You didn't show us the spill test ; i'd also check for electrical pulse to the injectors first with a noid light ar an LED; If you manage to "clamp off" the line to the leaky injector,the pressure will then build up,and the car will start on the other cylinders ;( not easy to do; you need a blocked off,- brazed off-, nut).

With cold engine starting fine lot of time but if the car gets warm sometimes it's just dies on or if I turn off the engine it's starts no more!?

No codes is actually very common, on Jeep grand cherokee or Sprinter with same CDI engine, check your pressure solenoid valve first (drivers side fuel rail) with test leads supply 12 V it should click. default is closed. If you have a good diagnostic reader check pressure while cranking and valve electrical connector is disconnected. If pressure drops the solenoid is suspect. If data for pressure doesnt move up or down at all, the pressure sensor on passenger side fuel rail may be faulty. After that go to the return test in this video, its very common to have injectors and the valve and or sensor both not working properly. Hope that all makes sense, be prepared to replace a solenoid and hopefully not a few injectors.. they are expencive.

I am not sure in what test you are trying to do? If it is a back leakage test all the info is there, there may be different fitments on the injectors for the return lines but you have the info. If you are looking into a different test I would suggest an pico automotive oscilloscope or scan tool with live data capabilities. Otherwise if you do not have the tools you can remove all injectors and have them bench tested at your nearest shop. All the best with your repair.
sir ca you help me my d4cb hyudai engine crank but wont start, already replace fuel rail pressure sensor cause it shows code p0191 or pressure low, when i replace it with new one it shows pressure high or code p0193, im confused because its a new sensor, already rebuild my injectors cause it has a leak, now still it cranks but wont start, tomorow i will test the glow plugs, but still why i got the code p0193 o the new sensor pls help
Maybe you can shed some light on my issue .. 2007 VW Touareg v6 TDi .. left over night it cranks for ages 20-30 seconds , but does eventually start and after that it runs and drives well. New high cca battery , I changed the tank pump ( Pass side Irish model ) ..no difference. Changed the crank sensor.. No difference. Finally checked it this morning by removing the pressure sensor from the fuel rail ...No diesel in there .. Had daughter crank it for 10 seconds and carefully unscrewed the sensor from the fuel rail again ....still no Diesel present. I'm at a loss ... since it drives so well once started..... Please help. Hello Joe, I have way too many comments that come through daily so it is next to impossible to reply to all giving the fact I work full time and don't be online everyday as my family takes up my evenings. With that said thanks for the tip I appreciate it. Unfortunately fixing problems online without me checking, is in my opinion a disaster. I have been offered money for these types of roles and declined. My advise that I would give is this. Have it checked over using a dealer level scan tool or a very good one that shows all the data you need. Check for any faults codes that may be logged and gain your diagnostic steps based off this, even if no faults codes are present. Fuel rail pressure needs to be checked and pressure sensors possibly need to be tested. A wiring diagram for the component layout and relevant information is usually essential in testing without guessing. Component tests with expected values are what follows to know you are getting the right/wrong results, that is an example of how a technician will find and fix your fault. If possible a back leakage test can be done on the injectors but the best in your case would be to remove all the injectors and get them bench tested by a company that can, they will give you a printed result of how they preformed. Refit all injectors with new seals no matter what the outcome of the testing, it may be a seal issue also. Without proper testing it is all if's but's and maybe's. The battery and the crank sensor were pretty easy tests to rule out without buying so I am sorry to hear you spent money on those. I hope this helps a little at least. All the best to you and yours. I have vcds and it is showing zero fault codes I have changed both pumps in the tank and verified that fuel is getting to the HP Pump by cracking open the banjo bolt on the supply side while its cranking. So since it runs fine when its started,no smoke and has no external leaks. I suspect its leaking back to the fuel tank via the supply line to the HP pump.. So this evening I fitted a one way check valve to the hp -pump supply line. Started it and let it run for a 20 mins . In the morning I will know if that has solved it .. If not.... my next step will be to fit another check valve to the HP line between the fuel rail and the HP pump. If there is a loss of pressure then it can only be leaking back through the pressure retention valve on the leak off pipes ...either way since it might be informative to anyone else in the same position I will update here. I was driving my Terracan and it stopped midlle on the road,if i try to start it ,it revolves very well but it shows key sign on the display, pls what can be the problem.
Would have been a bit more useful to people if you had let us know what the solution was, My sisters Modus 1.5Dci with the K9K engine almost never starts on first attempt but will start after 2 or 3 attempts sometimes the engine will take up to10 attempts, but it has never yet failed to start, its very annoying because a Diesel specialist says nothing is wrong with the fuel system on the low or high pressure side, and crank and cam sensors are ok, its a very annoying fault.
I have no return flow on all injectors and wont start and only with littlebit brake cleaner. But not goes uper 3000 rpm. No power and have very loud tik-tik noise at low rpm. From 1500 to 3000rpm noise maybe ok.
Alexandra,too late,but do not use brake cleaner on diesels: they will make a loud pingging noise like crazy,and it will break the piston rings in a jiffy; you must install a (cheap) scanner on the OBD2 port and read codes to help you determine what is wrong.
Does this engine not have a high pressure diesel pump? I would start by inspecting it, to see if it is leaking. Next I would have tried starting the engine using some easy start, and I mean just one squirt.

When injectors are taken out and cleaned then replaced do they need tobe remapped
So long as you put them back where they came from they dont need re coded

It was usefull, but what if teh engine starts easely someties and other times not?
If diesel maybe faulty glow plugs if you have issues when the air is colder etc. One possible cause could be failing crankshaft sensor

Did you ear noises from relay pump when you crancking the car ?? Is there any power for uper and lower solenoids?
LeAh 100 there arent any noises from the relay pump when im crancking really.. i dont know how to test the power for the solanoids :/
