- TAMATER KI CHUTNEY
4 tomatoes
5-6 garlic cloves
2 green chilies
black salt to taste
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
PYAAJ KI CHUTNEY
3 medium sized onion
4 tbsp oil
3 whole red chili
6-7 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp tamarind
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
1/4 tsp nigella seeds /Kalonji
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp deggi mirch/Kashmiri Mirch powder
Salt to taste
IMLI KI CHUTNEY
4 tbsp tamarind pulp
3 tbsp chopped onion
3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1 green chili
black salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
water as required
CURRY PATTA NARIYAL CHUTNEY
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 tsp chana dal / split chickpeas
3 tsp urad dhuli dal / black gram skinned
1 onion
1 tbsp garlic
2 green chilies
1 tomato
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp deggi Mirch powder
Pinch of asafetida
1/4 cup coriander leaves 1/4 cup mint leaves
2 tbsp tamarind paste
1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
salt to taste
For tempering
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 whole red chili
1/4 tsp deggi mirch powder
chopped onion
