So after I press open and select the first image then press image sequence, then I select the frame rate. Then it gives me a photo, upon which I press the timline button. After it opens the timeline it looks like yours, however it won't let me press play. The option is unable to be clicked and when I try to export it, it only says render as image sequence, no video option. What am I doing wrong?
@@mattjohnsonphoto I did run into a snag in PS. I wasn’t able to play or loop the timeline. I tried converting the timeline to a frame animation, w no luck. I also tried export-render same story.
I am having trouble I put my jpg files into a folder, and clicked the first one like you did in the video but it only used that one picture, and did not create a video.
dude I am having the same issue. I do it all the exact same way then once its in PS I can't press play or see any other images pr the lapse at all. it shows that I've created a 10 second sequence yet I can't view it or render it to video. I found this video really helpful but now I am super confused were u able to find a fix?
@@travisfphoto not yet, I mean the rest of the video was amazing help it’s just this little thing, it was hard finding an up to date video, since I just got the new Mac running the newest photoshop and Lightroom
Travis and Drew I would love to help you guys with this. Shoot me an email at supermatt9@gmail.com and maybe we can zoom or something and figure out why it's not working.
My images are in the wrong order...backwards..my last picture I took is being named as my starting pic 1 when I export. How to fix this? In lightroom on the sequence in the preview strip the are also in backwards order.
When you import to Lightroom, add your photos to an album or collection. After importing, make sure you have the album or collection selected. You can also check to make sure the photos are sorted correctly.
I have a ton of photos from today's crazy constant wave of tiny little storm cells and my first funnel cloud so I'm actually using photoshop and lightroom now. My computer is having a tough time though. Poor little dude. It's lagging typing this comment. I'll make it work.
Thank you so much for your expert guidance. You did great works on this video.
Excellent - super clear and massively helpful.😃
Glad it helped!

Once I hit “ok” after selecting the frame rate in PS. Nothing happens
Are you in the timeline workspace? Can you see the video timeline on the bottom of the screen?
Watch at 4:25 in the video where I turn on the timeline.
Saved this video for future reference. Thanks man 👍
