The old GTS actually had a point of having the only NA V8 in the line-up and In my opinion it made it special.
This is just a detuned Turbo,about which I’m not sure what purpose it serves except for diluting the line-up.
GY had a really great statement. NA V8 anyday over another Turbo V8 with a sligthly modified map...

Base price is way cheaper than a turbo, well spec'd ones of these within reason are around 150K sticker price, thats where the turbo pricing starts

What a spec
I love the interior and instruments on this new Panamera - everything is perfect! Including the head-up display. I like the exterior color too - suits the Sport Turismo design very well. I can tell both the car and driver are dying to get on an autobahn together - LOL!! Great video, Mate!

What about GTS max power? 460 or 453 hp? In 4s or turbo there are no differences in technical specification but in GTS we have 460 hp and NAR 453hp

My guess is the 3rd gen Panamera line will be slimmed down into one ICE, one hybrid, and a turbo hybrid. Definitely a legacy model now.

Basically its the same engine (4 liter TFSI). Exhaust note is different on every brand of course

So does it make sense for a potential buyer to get the GTS instead of the Turbo S and then get an ECU remap? The Turbo S is great, but it's too heavy.

Yes. I did drive it for 1 week and i can say its phenomenal. Such a nice long-trip car wich makes so much fun.
@@moyilmz Thanks. I did drive for about 1 hour and my first impression is that GTS is louder than my Focus ST mkII. I'm talking abiut noise from tyres and exhaust. Especialy exhaust was loud - even during very slow drive/stop - but after fast drive.

The only bad thing on this is that it should a little bit more power, like 500 hp, its only 20 hp more than 4s...

E M Its $120k, has class leading quality and class leading exterior design. Only problem with it is that it should have 500hp, which it probably does since porsche understate hp figures.

In the Gt3 RS it costs over 1k to paint the fucking underside of your mirror in black. You have to buy a better suspension for 2k, in a Porsche. You have to buy everything extra. If you want that car to be good and comfortable you'll never ever get it under 150k.
All the german brands do that. In the new A8, starting at 95k, you can buy a certain type of interior colour for 15k! You're able to configurate it up to 230k. A car that starts at 95k. It's absolutely fucking ridiculous and you guys still defend them even when they are in jail. A car that costs 100k shouldn't have anything to buy extra!

In my Hyundai i30 (2017 model) I got a package for 150€ which included: Leather steering wheel, leather gear lever, parking sensors in the back. All 3 for 150. Compare that to the germans...
