Can you explain what you are doing starting at 5:30 up until you separated the glass from the frame? What exactly are you doing and how did you do that? I understand that process is pretty delicate but you made it look easy.
He out the lcd facing the hot plate, them He put drops of 70% alcoholic to make the glue less sticky whilst using the plastic to separate the frame from the screen it self.
Truth be told its not that difficult if you've got the correct tools.

2) 5.52 - where u buy that thin plastic card . And wht is the name of glue removal u use for spread that frame..
1) it's called Contact Cleaner
2) You can use any plastic you want, you don't have to buy it

the guy has got skills , but the way he handled the device while de-assembling was careless, the internals could get easily scratched and damaged, and moreover the tools should b professional tools, not shaving blades. I don't mean to de mean or anything, just an opinion
Do you have any estimation of how much all those machines cost? I saw a couple on AliExpress and they were thousands of dollars. Hot plate was around 400$ alone and it's the cheapest. It's a serious expense if one wants to start a business.

90%+ isopropyl alcohol it is made to clean electronics also helps remove adhesive.

The AMOLED panel has no bezel so I don't know why they can't just make the panel fill up the whole screen

At 8:45 to about 9:02 it looks like you are pulling the plastic sheet under part of the digitizer. Was that really necessary?

From what I just seen can I not just use that wire and take the glass off while using same chemical around edges and a heat gun instead of taking the whole phone apart ?
