I don't know how true this is, but I had read that because they ride motorcycles and wear helmets, that many of them have acne there because of the chin strap.
And with young men particularly, their beards are emerging, so anything stopping the sebum lubricating the skin, like the grease from chin straps , must "encourage" acne, I think.

There are a lot of young people with acne right around the jawline. It may be because of a dirty cell phone. They need to clean it.😊
