It's unbelievable how quickly you are able to dismantle such a big pump with corrosion all over it like you are demonstrating here... Nothing we have here where I live comes apart using the tips of wrenches and lightly tapping on it when there is corrosion like that. How are you able to do it like that?
Basics: A hammer's handle is just a piece of wood and adjustable wrenches don't care if it's an imperial or metric bolt. A complicated fix, IMO, and the third motor I've seen her rebuild so far. Amazing skill and strength in wrists and hands. She knows her stuff, too. Great video series, IMO.

At the moment sand particle from your duster finds a Pythagorean route back to nozzle. If you de-rusted the motor on a pole, then dust would not fly back at you
54 years ago I did a year as an apprentice electrician/armature winder before changing to engineering..I rewound several electric motors almost identically to the way Lin does them. Can only remember it now by watching Lin. I didn't do it long enough to get all the technical understanding that Lin obviously has. I just followed instructions.

EXACTLY! The stuff seems to be pretty new with a lotta light external corrosion & dirt, nasty looking yet comes apart like almost new!
