Connect Anker Soundcore Q20 to Samsung Tv

How did you connect these? Tried and they are not showing up when pairing. Turned on both Bluetooth options in mrt and engineer both still not popping up.

I cant find a bluetooth accessible access on my tv its a newer one is there another place to look? Mind you im not very computer literate.
