Can you clearly explain what happens if we give shift exe 2 times... I did this calculation in math input output 3-0.765. Did shift + exe and then did - 1 to the answer and again pressed shift + exe. Answer is coming as 0.235 while the correct ans is 1.235

It's because you used ANS. Every time you press shift + exe it reprocesses your answer with the new answer each time.
