- A walk around Tintagel, seeing the castle, the rope bridge and Merlin's cave. A lovely little village to stop off at whether its one of the above that you want to visit or just somewhere for an ice cream stop off to chill and watch the world go by.

Dear Char, I found the rope bridges very interesting. We have a suspension bridge in the Black Forest and I love to walk over such bridges. As I know you, you're not afraid of heights either.

Thankyou Gerold, yes I love a rope bridge.. And no heights don’t scare me too much, but that’s part of the castle admission to cross that .. that’s why I didn’t go this time 😁

Cornwall is lovely., apart for all the tourists. Thta is why I go to the North Northumberland coast, miles of empty sandy beaches. BUT much colder than Cornwall.
Yess Cornwall has it all but that’s why we flock there. I’m trying Northumberland sooon 😁

Was there a couple of years back, down the steps to the cove and I didn't even know about the cave ...... Oooops 😂.
Was a lovely day out tho.
