Following your recommendation, I searched online and found out what Pulsoconn is. It consists of a spur gear drive to increase speed of a camshaft and a cam mechanism (square cam and a linear reciprocating follower with massage head attached). It converts the rotation of the hand crank into the vibration of the massage head. I will make a video about it when I have time.
