Of course each roll on it's own has a 50 percent chance, but the chance to get 6 good rolls in a row is lower than the chance of it failing on one of the earlier rolls.

You know the daedalus stormbow? It has a 1/4 chance of dropping from the Hallowed mimic. I killed over 40 of them and never got it. I did however get a hallowed key (1/2000) and two hallowed apples (1/200 each) so I'm not all that mad.

Pretty sure things like omega penny get more percentage chance with more luck you've got so he entered with 2+ luck and then got lucky foot afterwards... I think it's easier than you think then.

It's two different seeds. Northernlion showed them in his videos, which are in the description.
Not to be a debbie downer or anything, but I'd like to point out something. The percentage in the shop wouldn't go down each time he used it. This is called the gamblers fallacy. The gambler's fallacy is the belief that the chances of something happening with a fixed probability, i.e., rolling 10 even dice in a row, become higher or lower as the process is repeated.
The percentage, I displayed in the video, is the chance of him getting the doubling x times in a row, which would be (0.5)^x. Of course each roll on it's own has a 50 percent chance, but the chance to get 6 good rolls in a row is lower than the chance of even one fail earlier.
Oh, you're right. Sorry, I looked a bit too far into it. I've been studying about the gambler's fallacy, so of course when I saw something like that, I wanted to apply what I've learned, lol. But, thank you for your calm, well explained comment.
