Repairing a wall fan, stopping after few seconds when turn on

Some of home wall fans bought few years ago suddenly showing issues. they all stop working after few seconds when turn on. This is a video about repairing one of them. Those wall fans are both manual and remote control facilities. Issue is in main X2 capacitor opened internally and AC current not flowing through it. may be capacitor manufacturing issue. May be due to lightning strike during thunder storm (induced voltage).
