When I met my husband he was very dedicated to his twice daily meditation, and he was really trying to get me to meditate because he knew it would help me heal. But I was so resistant and when I tried, I literally could not sit still and I thought I would lose my mind because I just couldn’t quiet that inner chatter. Thankfully he was patient with me and my journey. Allowing someone the space and time to heal is the greatest gift of love, the best example of love one person can give another. Can you just love me for who I am. So powerful!
This is amazing. I am being called to let go of everything old. And delve so much deeper into myself yet again. I know o need to quit my job also as to it has a pattern to it! But it’s the only safety I have. I committed to my journey 6 years ago but have still found myself looping so very much. Not fully trusting myself. It’s a tough journey… but it has to worth it. I feel there is something else’s so much more xx thank you xxx
