Forfeits or having the most deaths:
Big T - Has to go to a crowded place (eg a mall or an airport) and shout the intro to his videos as loud as he can.
Nade - Has to wear a Faze Jersey for a whole stream.
Hecz - Has to admit that J is a better CoD player on Twitter and on stream.

You can make a death counter in-game on Minecraft, you just enter these commands into chat
"/scoreboard objectives add Deaths deathCount"
and then enter
"/scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar Deaths"
this will make keeping a counter on deaths easier

Everybody in the optic house shoots the most death person with a paintball gun, while he runs a gauntlet.
Loser has to eat some gross mixture. Each of the winners gets to add 5 ingredients and then blend it or something and the loser drinks/eats it.

For the most deaths in the series the punishments should be as followed:
HECZWE- Has to get his Head shaved by the Optic Pro's and has to stream with a balled head.
BigT- Has to make a parody video of Miley Cyrus- Wrecking Ball & Post it.
Nade- Has to drink a smoothy made from 1 ingredient of each Optic Pro's Choice.
Punishment should be recorded and post on each channel.

Get stun grenaded/flash
I hope you know a stun grenade in real life isn't like it is on cod. There is a 20% chance that you will get permanently blinded. As well you will most likely have to go to the hospital for a while just to recover
I think you need to look your facts up mate where did you get 20% from because it is not true. Type in youtube getting stun grenaded and you will see how many people do it and how many of them get hospitalised :D

You can die by a stun grenade. The Explosion is still quite big. It can blow your face to bits... Only if you are in touching range.
Nade to keep track of deaths , just do /scoreboard objectives add (In your case "Deaths") deathCount. Then press enter
Then do /scoreboard objectives setdisplay list. List is when you press tab and it tells you their deaths next to their name, you can do sideBar for a menu thing and belowName for it to say deaths under the players name tag. :)

Suggestion to consequence for most death: Eat a Ghost pepper(seeds and all) and chewing it for atleast 10 sec before swallowing it.
In the first islands there are some chests hidden in the ground and some skeletons with diamant swords
