What I really love about this husband-and-wife I just love them she is such an original when that cake did not come out of that pan you could tell she knew it wasn't right but what did she do she kept it she is truly a real cook because she know everything does not turn out perfectly in a kitchen when you are cooking all the time. I love her husband he always put sunshine when there is a rainstorm in the kitchen❤❤❤❤

@@EricandTeresamy was the same way but mines was torn the Pieces I believe it's was to Rich plus the Brown Sugar had a lots to do with it's to I got upset in threw it's away I don't know why it's didn't gets all the way done I VHEK it's with a toothpick in it's came out Clean but when I turn it's over it's torn a pieces it's couldn't be Fixed but I'm going to try your Way special with the Brown Sugar, what happens I didn't butter the brown sugar in butter together I just mixs the Cinnamon in nutbeg in put half in half Dough but my sister said why I didn't bring it's over I said it's wasn't no good they never Heard of HONEY Bun CAKE but I'm going to try it's again😊😊😊❤❤❤❤😘😘😘🙏🙏🙏

Ms. Teresa, next time you make that cake,or any cake, try waiting to spray the pan with bakers joy JUST before you put the batter in...I found that the spray drains and puddles in the pan if i spray it too far ahead, i get better results in the cake turn out when i spray it real good then put the batter in...i haven't had one mess up since i started doing this... am enjoying your channel.

Delicious cake. I started using parachment paper roumds at the bottom of my cakes so they don't stick. One too many times I ended up icing the cake and I didn't want icing. The brown sugar butter mixture usually sticks. Peach cobbler pound cake and pineapple upside down cake sticks but not with parchment paper. Video shows sour cream and written shows buttermilk. Both are delicious. Thanks for sharing.

I know how you feel. My pound cakes use to stick all the time but i saw this tip on RUclips and it works great. Put a clean dishcloth in the sink, cover it with boiling water and sit the cake pan on the towel for 15-20 minutes, then turn the cake out. It has worked great for me. I actually cracked a bundt cake pan trying to get a cake out. My sweet Aunt laughed and then sent me another pan. 😅
