    The 5 year warranty one is enough reason for me to see the Delts 2 as the best power station out there.

    I just unboxed my Delta 2 and the directions in the box left a lot to be desired! Thanks so much for this excellent video! Now if I can figure out the solar part!

    The Delta 2 is the best portable power station out there since it only needs 80 minutes for a full charge and that is for a 1kWh power station.

  • @gregsmith146
    @gregsmith146 Год назад +3

    I would agree that the Delta 2 is the best power station for 2023 as it has a 3000 charge cycle which would last me about 10 years of almost daily use.

    No other power station does come close to the Delta 2. Fully charges in 80 minutes, has an expandable capacity and has a 3000 charge cycle. I could not ask for more.

      Anker 767 charges it’s 2kwh in 60 so it does more than come close…

    One thing that I do love about the Delta 2 is that it is expandable. I could use my old Delta Max battery or get the Delta 2 extra battery.

    • @LoonyKal
      @LoonyKal Год назад

      i suggest Delta 2 extra battery that gives 3000 cycles to 80+% capacity instead of Delta Max of 800 cycles to 80%

      Nope the anker 767 is the best one of 2023. Your opinion is trash

      Or you can get the delta2 max now if you need more capacity in one unit

    Why do you charge your MacBook from wall (AC) charger if you can use USB-c port it will be more efficient and less cost to convert the AC into a DC

  • @alexd1193
    @alexd1193 Год назад +1

    Inaccurate estimated lifetime, before tests you need to perform calibration (full discharge). It's a common issue with delta 2

  • @fabienpics

    👍👍👍👍 to use in car or vehicle, the best is plug a Inverter 1000watts or 2000watts.... and after that plug the Delta 2 in the Inverter like that... not problem for charging.... like at home
    With the 1000watts you can use 800w or 1000w for changing that fast enough... or with the 2000watts use can use full power for charging

  • @DFSTARMAN
    @DFSTARMAN Год назад +1

    FYI it does not support dual charging with A/C and solar at the same time it also will not accept any inputs if it is fully charged

    Long running battery 🔋 depending on your load, if you connect a large home refrigerator to this the run time will be extremely diminished. Don’t allow a manufacturer fool you load matters.

  • @efirce

    I had one of these about 5 months ago & it's NOT all that, I first used mine on a small chest Freezer I checked on it after 3 hrs. of run time & it was ok, I didn't check on it until the next day when it should of been still running and was NOT. When I check on it a second time it was only like maybe 9 hrs. lapsed on it and found it was No Longer working.
    I have the other Delta with 1250 running watts, it's only slightly 225 watts more and run the very same chest freezer 24 hrs. You can keep your Delt2 1025 It's a load of crap, Plus very noisy

      You need to change the settings from the app. If not, it comes from the factory to shut off after a preset amount of hours.

  • @SolGuy42
    @SolGuy42 Год назад +1

    10 years to 80% with daily full cycle probably 2% per year. Or 2%/12 monthly or 2%/365 per day…. EFD2 best of breed…imo

    Not explaining the App's functions is a disservice to the review among other details. I prefer to charge SLOWLY and the App permits for me to change the charging speed. It is more efficient and quieter using my approach, since most of the time it is being used at home.

    How long can it run a full size refrigerator?

    • @larryc1616
      @larryc1616 Год назад

      It depends on how many watts your refrigerator uses continuously. Let's say it uses 100w continuously, then delta2 will run it for about 10 hours continuously. But your fridge doesn't run continuously but cycles off once it reaches your preset temperature so much longer than 10 hours non-continously.

    I only got 2 years warranty with my Eco Flow river pro. :( So does the warranty change when you go to the bigger Delta varients?

    • @AndrewRowell
      @AndrewRowell Год назад

      The warranty is specific to each model generation. The original ones (that you have) is 2 years, the "2" variants (eg, EcoFlow RIVER Pro 2) is 5 years. Hope this helps.

    • @larryc1616
      @larryc1616 Год назад

      5 year warranty are for the LFP(lithium phosphate) models with 4X the life of old lithium ion models.

    Incorrect information on how the battery degrades. You stated a full cycle everyday for 8 years before any wear. That is not how it works. It degrades overtime with a rate that would be at our above 80% after 3000 cycles. Usually faster at first. So you might have 90% after 1500 cycles if it was perfectly linear.

      For a few days if you only use it one hour....for every four.

    • @Gumlung
      @Gumlung Год назад

      Need to determine how much power your fridge pulls on average per day. Older refrigerators will use more power. If your fridge uses less that 1KW/Day, you should be good for around 24 hours. If you like to study the contents of your fridge several times per day, you get a lot less.

    • @larryc1616
      @larryc1616 Год назад

      About 10 hours continuously or much longer if your fridge cycles off/on

      You'll need several delta pro's like 20k worth not including solar panels.
