Wow! 19 tons lifted into the air with ease by that 'little' truck. Science and technology never ceases to amaze me. Thanks again for an excellent video.
Yet another example as to how versatile that truck is. Not only can it recover a tractor trailer assembly that's flipped or run into the cable barriers but it can pick up things like a wayward SUV (reference from earlier video) and equipment like this. What also makes it so good is the operator who looks to do things the best he or she can and does it safely so everyone regardless of the job at hand goes home intact at the end of the day. Keep up the good work Ron, need more people like you on both sides of the 49th.
Ron: is very concerned about safety. his people and others. That is the best part about seeing a lot of this channel. thanks, Ron. Very knowledgeable;e of the subject. I enjoy watching it.
I really enjoy your videos. I can watch you work for hrs as you are so gentle with your equipment and everyone around you. Keep up the good work you are doing for the community and all the people who you have influenced from your videos.
Once again, I do like to watch you work Ron. Attitude is 90 percent of everything we do and Talon is learning the attitude of doing it right the first time very well. My dad always taught me that it's easier to do it right the first time than to have to do it a second time. God bless
What a powerhouse! 21 tons off the side - amazing! Sounds like we've got some great videos in the works too. :) We had the exact same warm front roll through here. 60°F in the afternoon and most of the night on Friday, then that Saturday morning it dropped 25° in less than an hour. Single digits by morning - everything refroze, but at least the 20" of snow was mostly gone. Just got another 3" last night - not too bad. 30's feels warm compared to the -16° we had last week! Just got word that my mom will be coming home this Friday. We're all VERY happy! Still have some battles to be fought on the cancer front, but at least she is able to communicate once again. Thank God Almighty, and thank you for the prayers and support, Ron! God bless.
Nicely done, Ron & Talon. Great job of communicating what you intended to do as you were setting your rigging. It's great to see good teamwork. Looking forward to the combine video.
{aka} DJ Whisper ~ Gotta agree with ya there lol ...and I'm a girl! lol lol I've watched just about every video he's posted now and I'm working on my second go round lol...That's how much I LOVE this channel :):):)
Well, I've seen you all take down some heavy/difficult jobs before, but this one tops them all and it wasn't an accident which is happier. This was a big deal for me even just as a viewer. Thanks.
Yet again, even in bad weather, an impressive lift Ron, carried out with all the usual thoughts of safety for you and whoever is working with you, and the care for the customers goods
First, if I have not already done so I thank you for your service. Second it is a total rush doing this! I love the challenges and how it all works out. God bless
Few tense moments there with the wind and sway of the planter getting close to the truck! But a good sence of accomplishment when on the ground safe! Nice work!
Ron, I respect the way you work to get the rigging correct and don't just rush up and through a cable around something and let the customer worry about it.
Again, great job with all three goals met, a satisfied costumer, no injuries and no damaged equipment. I did remembered how much I hated when my blocks spun like that back in my days. One thing I would do to prevent it was to pay out the whole cable until there was only one layer of rope on the drum then re-spool it with at least two swivels in the end to allow the twist on the rope to get undone.
Very impressive lift! That truck just amazes me on how easy it handles loads like that. I run a 10 ton bridge Crain from time to time and only have maxed it out ounce lifting a peice of machinery off a truck. For the plant I work for. Keep up the great work!
Watching some older videos, which are still great! On a piece of equipment that size you would think the manufacture would have designated lifting points. Awesome to watch!!
It seems like the whole of the Northern hemisphere is being battered by storms. We have quite heavy winds mixed with rain and snow, but it’s not so cold. Congratulations, here's to many more successful lifts in 2018!
Super smooth lift. Thumbs Up. I love your outlook when things don't go as expected like when those D pins wouldn't fit in the holes and when your cables kept twisting. I always look forward to watching your videos. I hope Talon wants to follow in your footsteps. Have a super day sir...
Ron Pratt. Hi Ron, thanks for your comment but I have an advantage.............I'm 67 haha. Love your videos Ron. You are so thorough as far as safety is concerned. Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Any chance, We could find another Ron in our area? So Clean, after all everyone’s got a twin out there somewhere, Hearing the pure joy and happiness coming from you, once that thing got lifted, made me smile for ya, everything about that moment was just Great! God Bless you, your Team Family Always☺️😉

I really liked the weather comments at the beginning. I would like to hear these on your future videos, as I feel certain there aren't very many "perfect" days for your job.
You are correct! I wish more of the guys were like him! He makes the best out of bad situations and truly seems concerned about all involved. Seems to be just a good hard working gentleman. His workers seem the same.
Just unreal how you know and use that truck Ron,you make it look easy and keep the people watching like we are rite there with you !! also giving a few pointers out along the way.man you are good
I spent hundreds of hours researching everything about these trucks in the years that I wanted one and didn't have it. Once we got the beast I wanted to be ready and able. I still learn each day and will continue to do so. I am a physics nerd for sure, but you almost have to be to accomplish some of the lifts and recoveries. Thanks for the comments and God bless
Absolutely physics and geometry, Ron. You likely see vectors in your head that many others cannot even imagine. Love the way you always seem to be several steps ahead of your load, and simply "know" what it will do. Beautiful job with near perfect alignment and balance. Thank you!
Having worked with railroad 250 ton wreck crane operators on railroad derailments. They are a breed apart when it come to the physics of lifting and moving heave 'unmanageable' loads with security and control. The didn't have the mechanically set outriggers - manpower had to extend them and then use wooden blocking to secure their load support. You are a outstanding practitioner of your craft.
Great video! For not having any idea how this job was going to go, it was great to see you and Talon work it out together and get it done. Squeeze your cheeks together at 33:40 when it started pitching toward your truck?? Way to stay calm and keep it under control. Must be why you always preach Small Movements!! When the site manager asked, "How far do you guys go?" I thought to myself, "If the price is right..." I'd gladly pay extra for you and your professional staff to do a job for me. You know it would be done right, safe, and professional.
Thank you so much for your kind and supporting commentary. We will travel as much as we can as long as it is what our customer wants and is workable for both parties. Of course there are guidelines within each state that we must also follow. Again, thank you for your comments and God bless.

Awesome due to the Ron and Talon rigging this 42,000 pound plow. Sweet job by the

Lifting in the rain, just lifting in the rain is totally "wow!" EXCELLENT!!!
It was very evident that your level of self satisfaction on that lift was higher than the boom. Good job!

It’s a cheesy title but for some reason it made me smile. Thanks again for the great clean videos. Keep em coming
Wow! What a lift! You truly are a master at what you do! Nice Job!
Where I live we are in the middle of a drought, so watching 40 minutes of rain is entertainment in itself. The lift is a bonus, LOL!
Especially in Arizona
Thank you Ron and Talon, it looked to be a big Job, and 42,000 of it hanging in the air Wow 😲 that was Awsome to see 🙏.
You have the same enthusiasm that I had when I was in the military with my wrecker all I had was a 5-ton ER. Loved that job.
First, if I have not already done so I thank you for your service. Second it is a total rush doing this! I love the challenges and how it all works out. God bless

What a glorious feeling, I'm happy again! Gene Kelly I believe. Cheers Ron. Chris.
