This is why breakdowns are important. I always thought Busta had completely outshined Eminem, but now I'm impressed with his verse too. He really is a monster.

They recorded this song in 2013, it was just released in 2020. Rap culture back then didn't say the words ''I'm lit''. That's more newer slang. He was just emphasizing the word Omlette.
The track is from 2014, it was just rerelased now. Idk if it's because it was never properly distributed or what, but it was on an EP with several different versions of the track.
I heard it was initially shorter but Em kept sending Busta verses that made him wanna add another verse to top him. Which I gotta say, he did imo ( if only barely).

Don't feel too bad. I missed this completely too despite this track having 2 of my favorites of all time on the track. I've been a huge Busta fan since I saw that weird ass "Woo Haa" video on MTV back in the late 90s. Busta has always been a monster. His delivery and cadence is very unique. Nobody does it like him. Anyway, great work breaking down Em's verse. I know that is no easy feat even if you've heard the track like 5 times before. The dude just doesn't do throwaway lines at all.
