Hi, guys! Today I brought Fried Soft-shell Crabs with various sauces (Nuoc Mam sauce, tartar sauce, cheese sauce) and Guacamole! Tomato marinade a friend gave me was a side dish for today! I ate Pu Phat Pong Guri and soft-shell crabs the other day, and I totally loved it! So today soft shell crabs are the main ingredients for today's video! First, thaw the crabs and soak them in water for a quarter of a day. (It'll still be quite salty, though) And cut off the face, gills, and triangle-shaped part on the front, and remove excess water! And coat it in starch powder and batter, then fry it! The outside is super crispy and the inside is so moist! Soft-shell crabs are packed with crab meat and guts! It has such a strong flavor that it felt like I was getting all the keto acid I needed. It was even tastier with various sauces! It also went great with TRICKY COLA (whiskey + coke)! Thanks to the tomato marinade, it didn’t taste greasy at all! If you love crabs, or fried shrimp in particular, you’ll definitely love this! 지난번에 푸팟퐁구리와 소프트쉘크랩 함께 먹었는데, 소프트쉘크랩이 너무 맛있길래 단독으로 한 번 준비해봤습니다 😉❤
우선, 냉동 소프트쉘크랩을 해동후에 물에 반나절 정도 넣어 짠기를 빼요! (그래도 짭조름 간이 된 편이랍니다) 얼굴부위, 아가미, 배딱지의 배 (세모 모양) 만 잘라낸 다음, 물기 제거! 이후 전분가루 -> 튀김반죽 묻혀서 튀기면 끝이에요!
너무너무 바삭바삭하고 속은 촉촉,, 내장과 게살이 생각보다 가득한 소프트쉘크랩!!!!!! 게맛이 아주 찐해서 키토산 충전 제대로 되는 기분이에요 😂
다양한 소스랑 함께 먹으니까 증말 더 맛있더라고요;; 위스키 들어간 콜라와 함께 마셔주니 끝내줬어요 🤦🏻♀ 상큼한 토마토 마리네이드도 중간중간 먹어주니 느끼할 새가 없어요!!!!

Chào các bạn! Hôm nay mình ăn cua chiên nguyên con 🦀 Cua lột chiên giòn!!!! Và ăn cùng với nhiều loại sốt chấm khác nhau (nước mắm, sốt tartar, sốt phô mai) và sốt quả bơ! Ah! Mình cũng ăn thêm cà chua ngâm kiểu Ý mà bạn tự làm tặng mình! Lần trước mình ăn mì xào với cua lột, cua lột chiên ngon quá nên hôm nay mình chiên nhiều ăn đã luôn 😉❤ Đầu tiên, sau khi rã đông cua lột, mình ngâm nước khoảng nửa ngày để loại bỏ bớt vị mặn!
