@user-or2zx4id3r It was intended to widen the road to 4 lanes over a new Dee bridge, then widen the A494 to 4 lanes( 3 lanes plus a crawler lane) and hard shoulders up Aston Hill. They bought and demolished the houses. There was a lot of opposition to it in Aston and it was cancelled in 2008. There is a current plan to build a new bridge however to Queensferry and build a crawler lane up Aston Hill.
What about doing the M54 and A5 that the M54 could of been extended to Shrewsbury from the M6. And the M11 which becomes the A14 northwest of Cambridge towards the Midlands. And many other roads you haven’t done.
For some stupid reason it’s a big ass Carriageway even near holy head. Holyhead doesn’t have enough traffic for such a big road, so idk why they built it so big there aswell.
It's perfect size for Holyhead, the traffic can get bad when multiple ferries come in at the same time , lorries take up a lot of space, Holyhead needs it
