I’d be really curious to see what that Poulan’s piston/pin bearing/piston pin combination weight together compared with a 371 single ring 50mm Husqvarna piston…. There’s no Duke’s super light weight moly paint popup piston kit that would reduce that weight ??? What bore are they???
Man I have a 670 with a good cylinder and piston rings . Could I get close to that performance keeping it with the stock cylinder just ported and muffler modification?
That’s a radical amount of power from the “champ!”??? You cut them finger port’s to the same line as those regular upper’s that you pick? They aren’t stepped any? That’s just a lot more power and I find those “racer’s” or that maximum power type deal pretty interesting and I’ve got to brake down and try those fingers on one… I’d probably need to trace a line with the cutting wheel I’d imagine or I couldn’t get them that straight??? You make the pipe for that engine specifically? It’s pulling that crazy high chain speed!!! That’s just wicked!!!
Damn that thing sounds good on the pipe!!!!
That saw has some big balls now amazing
Pretty impressive; hope she serves you well at the races!
That saw has some NUT!
Wow damn fast!!
Same saw as Partner 500/5000 series. The companies, Pioneer, Partner and Poulan merged to compete with Stihl and other companies.
Nice!
Well done Joe, haven't seen you in awhile. Saw rips and sound amazing, up on the pipe. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! As weather warms it will be easier to keep the content rolling.

1:52 Do you think the coil or magnets could be a little weak?

Damn Joe... She's a ripper! Good job on that one!
Guy has a 395 xp for sale says you dyno it and it has 10 hp plus no way
If he has the sheet from me, they normally end up 9.5hp+ as work saws.
Nicely done ✅ Screamer
She's a ripper!
Awesome job joe🤘
Good running 670 with some 272 help 😂
Some of those husky parts just work...
Dang, certified ripper!! Nice cuts!
