Hi, i worked 20 hours per week and i got one holiday pay, in my payslip it is showing 0 hours, i got pay 70 pounds. Is there any problem for PSW?. I have a question holiday pay also count NI hours or not?.

My employer mistakenly put 6 more hours than 20 hors in my pay slip, he scheduled my 2 shifts for 8 hours but then he changed one of shift to other day and i worked that shift but then didn't came on scheduled shift. But on making payroll accountant added that shift too . What is the solution now ?

Now they have removed my that shift on company app after i informed them, because i didn't work that shift . And i also requested them to email me about their mistake and also that they will deduct overpaid salary in next slip/salary

You can't exceed 20 hours a week, you can't adjust your hours across the weeks by working extra hours in one week and lesser hours in another week. The rule is to maintain 20 hours per week from Monday to Sunday.

Bro, usually they count for a week but also depends on various factors. I'd suggest if you worked 43 hours a week then you should maintain and not work that month. Because 43 hours a week means you are compromising with your studies which is not good in terms of the status of your current VISA.
Hi brother, very informative video thanks dear, I have just completed my masters I got mail today that u can apply for graduate route visa, so now I have all my payslips ready from last NOV 2022 till now, I work in hotel where payment is done monthly,., now my hotel policy is like they pay monthly so ( calculation is from 1st to 29th date of every month ) but I have received two payslips where I have received payment of 100 hours asked my manager will it be issue he said it won't bcoz in those payslips of 100 hours overall number of weeks is 4.5 (June 2023 and August 2023) where there is extra half week which was also counted, so it came 100 hours overall for 5 weeks • ..... sorry for so long text but brother will it be any issue

Secondly I have been working at dpd and just for one week I exceeded 20 hours total (14 hours at student Ambassador uni job + 7.25 hours at dpd) it’s just for one week I didn’t really worked from past 4-6 months my student ambassador job is monthly paid so in payslip I have total hours and dpd is weekly paid. I have worked sometime 22-24 hr 3-4 times because the manager forced us to work 3-4 hours extra If we can't then they there were chances of job lost. but during that time FY 22-23 my employer didn't have my NI number so, whenever I try to see my employment history I can't see it on HMRC portal. HI Atishay, Question for your answer is YES, In case if you get caught red handed while working as a Cash in hand then the conclusion would be the deported from the country and yes if you are doing NI job then your employer would only give you 20 hours a week, they cannot exceed your work limit and In case if they did then the consequence would be very strict which will be taken by the UK government.
