Hello. Mrs Judy told us to contact you about our daughter. She said you are also from Fort Worth. Our daughter started plying the violin in 6th grade (now 8th grade). In that short time she has made it to be second chair in regionals and also second chair in the string orchestra for Fort Worth symphony youth orchestra. We do not have a private tutor so her only instruction has been from orchestra teachers and a lot self taught (she even taught herself Vivaldi spring and preformed it at our church). We have been told to get a private tutor to help her even more but that we need to get a college level tutor for her. If you have any ideas (I am a teacher and am not made of money) of a good tutor we could afford. Also, if you have any videos about posture you recommend. She is having trouble with one shoulder now being lower than the other and I am sure it is how she does the violin. We recently got her a better solder rest (she says it is a lot better than the other) to see if that also helps. Thank you for any help.
loosen the strings first or you may snap it turn the violin upside down and check your bridge it seems this woman is unsure of what she is talking about
I'm pretty sure that she knows very well what she's talking about. Dr. Lee is a strong violin performer and teacher who always does a lot of research plus years of experience.😎

I'm sorry for my delayed response... that's a remarkable achievement. I have a few names for you. Please email me directly... email address is below all of my videos. Yes posture is so important and set up, ie shoulder rest, etc. Below are some vids. Thank you so much for reaching out. Best to you. ruclips.net/video/qrMsQW68Ehw/видео.htmlsi=oADlKqQuvCmRQsMY ruclips.net/video/y5WijV0AbIM/видео.htmlsi=Moo0s4EirW0AvdeW ruclips.net/p/PLzA1MuyrIvf6klReG4s9VDtescNNy1Keo&si=EnxqK2iq7LDJyj4W
