I’d be very interested in a video on how you do user testing remotely, especially since during the pandemic everything is remote. Also how you research users’ needs to be able to develop personas and create user centered designs.

The reflection on your glasses are very distracting. Try to put a filter on them to reduce the reflection level on your glasses or simply use contact lenses. 😇😇😇
I have a background in Media production i.e Film production, video production, Photography, Radio etc.
I am now 37 and looking to get into this career ( UI/UX design)
What age was the oldest UI/UX designer your company hired and where can I start?

might want to either take off glasses so circle light doesn't appear on glasses and be such a distraction. or, if you need to wear them, have 2 light sources. one light on the left AND right sides (primary light source, and a slave light). you can also light a bit from the top instead of 'head-on'

The music is a bit too loud, and the light on the glasses is very destructing. Maybe try to wear contacts.
