I adjusted my bike based on your guidance and it made a world of difference! Thank you so much! My back, hips and knees are grateful! Please let Peloton corporate know from a medical perspective the proper bike fit and alignment so people can avoid unnecessary pain with extensive riding at the wrong bike fit.

This is SO much more insightful and helpful than any videos or information the actual Peloton company provides.

This bike was really easy to assemble

This video needs to go viral around the Peloton community! Thank you so much for this no nonsense straight forward guide. In terms of seats, I think most people agree the stock Peloton seat is horrible. I tried 3 aftermarket seats and settled on a Serfas RX Race Ready saddle. I made a small adjustment to that to keep the nose of the seat down slightly, but still allowing me to sit upright hands off the handlebars and still peddle normally. Took pressure off the underneath area. THANK YOU AGAIN!

As soon as I followed your instructions I immediately beat my PR on a 30 min ride. I feel much better and feel I got more out of my workout today than I have for the past 3 months. Thanks, Doc!

Thank you so much for this-I’m a short woman (five foot four on a good day), and my form never quite felt right. Super helpful explanation, and I used screenshots of Blair’s form for reference! Thank you.

We tackled assembling the bike as a family project.

Thank you for this information. I’ll be checking my settings tomorrow. My neighbor who cycles at a gym swears by the seat to hip settings. She had to have knee surgery a few months ago. She’ll be surprised when I share this with her.
