my husband thought the interview was going well and he was confident in his answers, even when he did not have proof of one of my trips. much to our surprise the consulate responded to a congressional inquiry that his visa was refused because the IO made a determination that our relationship was not BONA FIDE. we were approved by USCIS & NVC & it all came down to the consular officer’s decision which contradicts what was requested at his interview on the 221G form.
i’m surprised that the approval/rejection of visa might have a pre decision or already decided before you come to interview.i’ve seem applicants rejected on a single question like “why this university” and again seen applicants approved a visa in same single question.i personally think visa officers should atleast listen the whole interview or see the bigger picture or listen the whole story before deciding a visa.i dont know how their algorithm works.maybe they are told to issue only a certain number of visas in a day or that completely depends on their mood.i’ve seen from near .there were two counters counter no7 and no 9,the number 7 counter were accepting or approving 10 person and counter number 9 were rejecting 10 person in a total 20 person.i do think that there is hidden conspiracy behind it.so all the appointments of counter number 7 were good or active applicants and counter number 9 were bad or passive potential immigrants? this is so so mysterious!

I've seen over 300 videos on this channel, and every single one of these places the onus on the applicant and absolves the VOs. If the VO is grumpy because of work load, then the US govt should hire more people. The USCIS is 97% funded by fees. Literally US is the only country where visas go through an interview. None of the other developed countries like Canada, Australia, NZ, UK, or even Schengen 27 EU countries have an interview for study, work, or travel. The English language causes an additional burden for non native 3rd world countries applicants, while all Hispanics and Latinos are assigned Spanish speaking VOs in Mexico and LATAM and get their visas approved without even knowing any English. I have been in the US multiple times, and there are people who can't speak a lick of English from various countries including Africa/Asia, are literally broke, and you will wonder how they ever landed up there and living their daily life. The refusals too are same blanket with no specifics. How does an applicant know what to rectify? This is a pure transfer of money from poor countries to the US coffers. Argo's rates (30 min $479 45 min $639 60 min $789) are absolutely ridiculous and can put a Beverly Hills or Hollywood celebrity divorce lawyer to shame. No wonder the ex govt staff have jumped ship from being VOs to consult for Argo. BTW the parent of Argo, BDV Solutions, is rife with bad reviews about their E-3 unskilled green card program which is almost slave labor for the big corporations. Leaving the Southern border wide open, it is clear what the agenda is. They do not want legal immigration, they only want illegals. Perfect woke clown world.

I am a non traditional student and got accepted in a community college. I am a holder of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and applied for an Associate degree in the same field. Goodmorning,sir I ask a question .How long can get to work as personal domestic helper in the US bec.I 3yrs to work as domestic and I did my interview last aug.19 and I was denied.I ask the consul what is the reason and she told me that the duration is to long and can reapply again.I told to my employer abt the reason why I denied,and they agreed to reapply and change the duration for 1yr (for B1 visa),sir can possible to apply 1yr or shorter,I resched my interview nextweek sir.Thank you.
