@@poonamskitchen I dont eat milk products, But ,once or twice a week I eat little yogurt (from milk) Some time , I make homemade yogurt, from coconut (Young coconut pulp), But,it is not available every season. If ,I eat little processed or cooked foods, then I go Fasting (Uppawaas),for the next 24 Hours. If you dont like Vegan, at least, replace part of your cooked diet, with Raw Vegetables and fruits. Cooked vegetables have Zero Nutritional Value.
