ASMR Forehead Massage For Migraine Relief [Cold Compress, Realistic Layered Sounds]

- A special ASMR forehead massage therapy for migraine relief is waiting for you tonight. If you are having a migraine attack, this treatment is for you!
I would like to talk about the ASMR triggers included in this relaxing migraine treatment that I customized with layered sounds.
At the start of therapy, I'll check your head, forehead, and temples. I used layered sounds in these parts and really wanted you to feel like I was touching your skin. Before the migraine treatment, I applied healing water therapy to make you feel completely ready spiritually and mentally. But don't worry! Then I will start physical therapy as well.
After observing that migren migraine were at a very sensitive level, I preferred to start the treatment with a very gentle forehead massage. In this part, the layered sounds will provide an extremely relaxing experience!
Afterwards, we will start the cold compress treatment with a cold water bag. In this part, I used the submarine that my mother knitted. And I have to admit that I used layered sounds to convince you that this is a real water bag. If you have any doubts about it! After applying this cold compress to your head, forehead and temples, I am sure you will feel much more relaxed and happy. If you're really having a migraine attack, you should try giving yourself a cold compress. Because it really works great!
After all this, I wanted to give a relaxing shoulder massage to relieve the tiredness and tension. I tried to combine this with mouth sounds to make you completely relax. In the meantime, you may experience a tingling sensation and get rid of the migraine pain a little more.
After a final forehead and temple massage, I prepared a special sleep therapy to put you to sleep in a peaceful and relaxed way.
I hope you feel much better after this treatment and can fall asleep happily.

@@InevitableUniverse so a combo of things works for me: usually caffeine helps the. I lay down in a dark room, no sounds, cold compress on my eyes, and C B D oil (I use .03 mg). And I learned what triggers them for me. It's lack of sleep, water or perfumes. I also tend to get an ocular migraine before a migraine, so I have a warning system to get it under control before a full blown migraine. Since I listen to Tabuhan before sleep, listening to him when I'm tired during the day eases me into a nap/relaxing state, so my body can rest appropriately.
