Thanks. Bing can't exactly create consistent characters. But if you give it specific characters of the character like hair color, style, clothing style, type, color, the age of character and also include a name for the character, it can give you something very close to consistent

For changes like clothing, you'll have to create the avatar with a tool like Midjourney OR you can use Fooocus to make such changes
