Hi Dan, Leslie, Aiden and Jennings!! Thank you for the most honest review of Roundup Rodeo BBQ on RUclips!! So great to hear the boys' commentary, too!! Still looking forward to the Brunch Series!!
Great review thx we are going to visit here in May and looking forward to it, thankfully only 2 of us because I agree 4 adults having to pay and not have the quality of food you have said I wouldn’t be going back for a long long time! Theming looks amazing cannot wait to canter in on our horses! 🐴 😀
I really was hoping to go there on my trip but it’s fully booked on the day I’m at that park! :(( hopefully I can manage to get a reservation from now until then. It looks so cute!
Awww...that is such a bummer! I'd love to see it, but not for a fixed price of mediocre (or less than) food. And then they took away the fried pickles which sealed my decision!🫤
I'm glad to hear y'all's honest review. I probably will do it when there in June, but I definitely wont be bringing the entire family, especially given we live in Texas and BBQ is just a thing here. But I am all about the theming and adore Toy Story Land!
My husband and I felt EXACTLY the same as you guys! We went 4 days after opening and the service was "meh" as our waiter was very timid and shy and really didnt get into the theme or moment and quite often missing in action. The best thing we had was the biscuits.....meat was under seasoned and of poor quality, the mac and cheese we had was SUPER salty although our tots weren't overly salty and we really enjoyed that. Over-all my husband and I tried it first before bringing our two kids and decided...nah won't subject them to a tastebud insult LOL hahahaha..Glad we tried it, but one and done for us too...
I ate there in August, 2023. The food was ok, but service was terrible. We're planning our upcoming July trip and i've noticed that they've changed the menu, removing some items and changing others. I'm wondering if it's still even worth going at all. The only reason we were thinking of it is because i was the only one in the family who ate there in august (with a friend). But i think we'll pass on the experience and go to sci fi instead (where at least we can order a la carte)
@@AddictedtotheMouse we also like sci fi for the ambiance and the burgers. And we like 50s for the shakes and humiliation!! We've had some great fun there over the years.
Love watching your dining reviews and your honest thoughts with your reviews. I’ve seen lots of reviews of this restaurant and was waiting to see yours most of all because I knew you guys would be honest. Based on the videos out there, the food even looks kind of just ok. Very cute theming but this won’t make our list for our trip this summer.
Thanks so much for this review. I have a 3-day trip next month and this was one of the places I was thinking of. I hope you guys are going to do 1900 park fare before my trip. I really want info as I can't find any new reviews on it. I'm also curious if you can fit the strawberry soup there. I heard it was available but not on the menu. Thanks again. Your reviews have really helped me.
Ohhh I am so disappointed that the food was mediocre! We are travelling to WDW this summer (hi from London, UK!) and I was excited to go here but I'm not sure I can justify the cost just for the theming. Do you guys have a favourite restaurant that hits both marks for theming and food? Thanks for the informative video as always!
There are very few bad restaurants in Disney. This definitely wasn’t bad, it was above average, but yeah - the cost makes it a one and done bc there are so many great restaurants in Disney. We have lots of favorites! One of the best for theming and food is Biergarten, but if you don’t like German, it probably wouldn’t be for you. What types of experiences do you love?
I hear you about the fat, but for someone like me who gets a lot of their calories from animal fat, I'd be good with that! That being said, I don't want just fat, so I hear you if it was most of the slice, that would be dissapointing.
Seems like you actually get way more food than any other current Disney prefix meal; but it’s mediocre. As Disney has become. Hope to try in person as a local if we can ever get a reservation. Appreciate the honesty and the kids POV as well. Thanks for sharing as always.
its so refreshing to see an honest review. I was kinda buying the hype about this place haha
Best review for this new addition at HS. Thank you guys!
Our pleasure!
Just recently stumbled on your channel. I love how honest your reviews are!! 🎉
Thanks!
Y’all are SO TAN! Love this review! Grateful for you both! ❤
Yay! Thank you!
I had to ask to ride to the table. Thank you for the tip as I wouldn’t have known to do it.

You should! It’s a good one to do at least once.
How did the BBQ at Roundup compare with Flaming Tree?
Better than flame tree, but way more expensive too
@@AddictedtotheMouse Thank you!
