This is brilliant. Absolutely marvelous. Each time I hear it, it grows more and more on me. Excellent harmonies. Stunning arrangement. Amazing what a few acoustic instruments can do. No synthesizers, or any of this modern obsession with noise. And the congregation is totally caught up in this hymn. Timeless

They were such a beautiful couple, I’m not interested in what caused the breakdown of their marriage, but what was visible is that he was so young and handsome during his time with the Kingsmen
Quartet which he left to marry her and to join the Isaacs, but sadly, five to six years later he looked liked twenty years older. Still I do love looking back at them back then, they were my favorite couple back then.

Very bad rendition of such a beautiful Appalachian folks song from the early 1800s. Why can't people sing it the way it was written instead of adding to it.
