Have you noticed that Geek & Gorgeous now also do the higher strength retinal, it works out cheaper than The Ordinary’s one, it’s 30ml xx

I'm interested in that sleep mask Karen. I'm looking at Snoozeband which is £60! I'm a side sleeper so it needs to be super comfy on the ears you're is so much cheaper... Dilemma!
Thanks Karen 💖 excellent recommendations 👌 l have exactly the same swallowing thing and fear of choking - my mum had it too - we had a fair few choking incidents in the family and even now I won't let my daughter have sweets in case she chokes and she is 16 😅 the choking device is brilliant it's a shame it's so expensive mabey ill get it if I'm a bit flush 😅 the headphones eye mask is brilliant..and you have reminded me that I need a throw and the corn on the cob things 😅💖 xxx

Oh shoot, I forgot to add in the videos of the headband curls - will do that now. Ok, done, and I'll post here too but I tried the heatless hair band on my hair and because of the layers it's not working very well. Better you spray vitamin and minerals may appeal. They go under your tongue. They do vit d+k.
There are also brands who sell drops.
