一開始豬腳煮20分鐘之後再 清洗 不贊同 只要煮開 泡沫也出來了就可以拿出來清洗 這是 專家說的 之後的料理我都讚同 煮20分鐘的過程 浪費瓦斯 就是浪費資源 不贊同
煮20分钟和煮开即用的区别在于腥味是否去除的干净,有些人吃不出腥味所以觉得没必要😂

基本煮法都不对,二次湯汁都不要,那来猪脚香味,全都是佩料味道,那来原汁原味!
认真看,第一次的汤汁他没有使用。第二次的汤汁就是煮猪蹄的,猪蹄可以吃,汤汁里面很多胶原蛋白自然也可以吃。不然黄豆猪蹄汤也要把汤都倒了么😂
