    We have 2 very odd infills next to our property...agent has had it listed a long time. The only thing I think they are good for is....BILL Board sales 😁👍Because of the location next to a Wash/flood zone and not build able BUT major road right by it.

    Informative video. How would I find infill lot developers in NYC ? Do I use a purchase and assignment contract, as with residential homes ?

      I believe you could, but I would recommend speaking with a local real estate attorney.
