This version of China Beach is awesome, I love that she waits a few bars before she starts singing, the studio version is great but it starts a bit too abruptly.

ava0222 I don’t know who she was, but she was very rude and making all of us in the front row uncomfortable. I kept my cool, and was professional because I was recording. She made super upset by hearing her in my recording, but oh well...can’t do much about it...sadly.
Yeah, she was not my favorite person there either.
She was infuriating. And it's not called "When You Sleep," it's "8 Full Hours of Sleep."

Really cool to see her play Conceptual Paths from Heart Burns! Really underrated little record, but I guess she might be apprehensive to play songs from that record because they're not super well known and the fact that her deadname is on the album cover.
Queen Emily that record is personally one of my top favorites. I thanked her for playing songs from that album because they mean a lot to me. But, yeah having a dead name would be a little bothersome, but I think she knows it’s really about the songs and adding the to the set list was a great bonus :)

AW yes, she was very disrespectful at both shows she attended. And, sadly she was behind me at both, my heart sank when I heard her loud voice at the most recent Devouring Mothers show...she was so rude when I was talking to Laura afterwards as well, but I heard she fell off the stage drunkenly, so...Karma 😂
