"Put the crest on the statue which will slit its own throat, filling the basin with (statue??) blood, causing the statue to slide backwards and fall into place revealing... A stepladder up to the balcony." No wonder this place is falling apart, a ton of people in these games don't have working legs (including the prince!) but nothing is wheelchair accessible.
