After listening to this track many many times I'd always imagined the official video would be an epic adventure of snow-covered pirates with icicles in their beards clinging to the rails as their ship smashes through sheets of ice. I wasn't disappointed, 10/10.

When I first saw this video I was quite disappointed, because I didn't unterstand this strange collocation; then, when I discovered the lady gaga video, I realized that this is the best thing that you could ever do. I laughed so fucking much, haha thank you guys for this epic work!
Having read through the comments, I have come to some conclusions. a) The video is awesome, I love a good piss take. b) Ga Ga probably takes herself way too seriously, Mr Bowes is here to remind us that we shouldn't. c) Some people don't know how to proof read a one line comment before they hit post. d) Too many metal fans have no sense of humour about the music they listen too. e) Perth/ Kinross and Fife are both beautiful regions (nothing to do with the video, but still true). f) I know too many people that I want to give a glass of Drink'n'Kill! g) Cheers from Port Hughes, South Australia (not a pirate haven).
Being able to not take anything seriously, including themselves, but still doing their work with a straight face, is a thing I value in bands. This is why I value Alestorm. Even when they release an album like "No grave but the sea", who feels highly uninspired, they still manage to get me. I laughed too much at disc two where all the lyrics are replaced by dog yappings.
I can't even describe in words how much I love these guys music, and their fantastic good humor, it's the best part of the band, that they are so known, but take themselves not so serius, and that's why they can get away with something like this, and their fans won't hate them for it, but will just love them even more
