I think people are looking way too much into this. He is proud to be Armenian just like so many people are proud to be Italian, Irish, African American or Puerto Rican just to name a few ethnicities where I have seen people loud and proud of where they came from and I think it’s a great thing to be proud of that. I think people are looking way too much into this. He is proud to be Armenian just like so many people are proud to be Italian, Irish, African American or Puerto Rican just to name a few ethnicities where I have seen people loud and proud of where they came from and I think it’s a great thing to be proud of that. Even if his child is only 1/4 Armenian, Rob is still half so it’s a lot of him and his deceased father was all Armenian which I’m sure because he was so close to him and named after him, he holds that part of him close to his heart . I guess I can just empathize because I am only a quarter Polish but was raised by my Babcia (great grandmother) and Mommom (grandmother who was also my babcias daughter) they spoke Polish more than they spoke English and cooked Polish food, sang happy birthday to me in Polish and so much more and now that they have passed I cherish and hold on to those traditions yet, I am only a quarter Polish myself. My daughter is even less than that but I make sure I tell her about her babcia and Mommom in heaven and share in the Polish traditions as much as I can to keep their memory alive. I’m just saying maybe it’s the same in Robs case since he was close to his father.
