I feel that shadow > reg for the UL but reg > shadow for the GL.
I find myself just BARELY KO’ing things in the UL and it’s usually what determines my wins and loses 😢 for ex, I can’t 1 shot a Charizard with my rank21 reg Swampert and it breaks my heart
