This hit so hard! Roxas is like my most favorite Kingdom Hearts character and it hurts so much to see him in pain. I was really happy when he came back and I do hope that Nomura uses him more because he's such a good character. Lizz I love all of your Kingdom Hearts songs and remixes because it adds so much more depth to the characters and it feels like it would come out in the game or in the anime (that I am desperately waiting for). Keep up the good work and maybe you should add Vanitas's theme. He has a wonderful theme (in my opinion) but a pain to fight. Take care😉
Roxas has been one of my favorites since the begining. His struggles and mindset are something I could relate to especially once I grew up, And I feel your lyrics capture his charachter very well. congrats on another great song!~❤

Soooooo good! Roxas has always been my favorite character in the entire series ever since his first appearance in kh2 even before we got all of the lore with him, axel and xion years later after getting that stuff I just fell in love with the character so much more every time a game focus on him. It doesn't help that he has one of the best theme songs in the entire franchise as well either, like I could listen to it for forever and never get tired of his theme song and then on top of that hearing such beautiful lyrics to possibly my favorite song really dials things up a few notches too! Overall a fantastic vid~

Seeing Roxas sad this song hits me so hard, that may have to do with the fact my life is like Roxas, betrayed by those I trusted the most, forced to fight those I cared about, lied to most of my life, considered worthless, and should have never existed in the first place.... Roxas
Interesting twist. Once I work for Disney and Square Enix, I plan to start up a new Kingdom Hearts saga to give the franchise somewhat of a clean slate. As in a story that is without a doubt less convoluted and the plot holes will be all filled up one way or another.
You might wanna edit the description of the video, the lyrics there are of Kairi's Theme. I wanted to sing along and use the description to make sure I didn't misremember any of the lines. That's when I noticed. Still managed to remember the lyrics perfectly though. In any case, this is awesome to listen to, and sing to for that matter.
There's an excellent fanfic about Roxas called "The Twilight Will", in which he refused to merge back with Sora and escaped to worlds beyond Kingdom Hearts' reach, therefore possessing the three main elements held together, unlike the Disney worlds, that possess light alone. If it was an anime, I think this should be its intro 1, later having Xion's theme as the new and official intro. As for the outro... Perhaps Riku's theme, given their animosity. Two songs to represent the stories' two polar opposites.

Its a relatable feeling to anyone that’s struggled with severe depression, I think. Which ends up making it real and therefore, Painful.
Severe? That’s an issue then. I have mild depression and I relate. I like that line, makes us all feel human

Funny thing, there's a mod for KH2 called Nobody May Cry, and it follows a similar story. It's really good and I would recommend it 100%
