Even dogs that have an owner were just taken away. if you manage to get them back you will see an extremely traumatized dog. All the dogs i cared for all those years are suddenly gone and the shelters dont pick up the phone for weeks. This is real, it is happening now, July 2024. I want everybody to know what happens here. Turkey already tried to kill straydogs in the 90s by throwing rat poisoned meat on the streets. But they don't stop the puppy mills, that produce dogs in bad conditions and throw 9 of 10 dogs out in the woods. i swear it is really as bad as i described. we animal lovers are shocked and desperate. Please spread the word and boycott Turkey. Killing the dogs in a horrible way without doing somethng against the uncontrolled production in puppy mills is nothing but an endless cycle of tortue and killing. İ don't know how this cruel apprach could be approved by the government but it happened in turkey. Boycott!

My dog passed away 3 months ago, due to 3 tumors in his stomach. He was 14 when he died. I had him since I was 4 and I'm 18 now. He was my childhood dog and I miss him so much. He was my best friend in the whole world, and I'm very depressed without him. Even my cat is depressed because him and my dog were very best friends. Sorry for the long story.

When the cats died my dog was so depressed and was searching for them for years. My dog died few years later at 16 years old. But its hard when me and my dog grew up with them and all the things you gone trough with them are gone. So quiet without them all. Keep strong some people dont know how hard it can be
He’s not a stray. Some dogs’ hearts break when their owners die, and they cling to their old routines no matter what. There was another such dog in Japan I think. They made a movie on him, and it shows the situation. The owner’s kids did their best to keep bringing him home, but he always desperately broke out. Eventually, it was too much heart ache all around, and an agreement was made to allow the dog to remain ‘waiting’ for his owner, at the station where he would always go with and wait to see him later. It gave the dog more peace to wait there for it’s final years than constantly being dragged back home miles away only to fight to break out again.

My dog passed away 3 months ago, due to 3 tumors in his stomach. He was 14 when he died. I had him since I was 4 and I'm 18 now. He was my childhood dog and I miss him so much. He was my best friend in the whole world, and I'm very depressed without him. Even my cat is depressed because him and my dog were very best friends. Sorry for the long story.

When the cats died my dog was so depressed and was searching for them for years. My dog died few years later at 16 years old. But its hard when me and my dog grew up with them and all the things you gone trough with them are gone. So quiet without them all. Keep strong some people dont know how hard it can be

There was another such dog in Japan I think. They made a movie on him, and it shows the situation. The owner’s kids did their best to keep bringing him home, but he always desperately broke out. Eventually, it was too much heart ache all around, and an agreement was made to allow the dog to remain ‘waiting’ for his owner, at the station where he would always go with and wait to see him later. It gave the dog more peace to wait there for it’s final years than constantly being dragged back home miles away only to fight to break out again.
