Soaking the seeds. I haven't heard that! I've been looking at a lot of videos, a few mentioned it. Weightling the tray. Your explanation is very clear. Does this method work for all microgreens?

Yes, I do this for all my micros and my soil garden germination. I'm releasing a new video on these today. Some seeds like lettuce don't need soaking or weights. Most of your larger seeds do need saoking and weight to ensure the roots go downward. Lots more comming soon Thanks for the comment. :)

Hi Troy ! Where do you get the micro green seeds ? Amazon or local store ? Just wondering

Hey Ernie, I get Radish and Broccoli from Amazon and I get dried whole peas and Mung beans from the local international market.

Hey Ernie, Also of note, is that lately I'm tapping into and eating everything starting around day 4. They are edible throughout their life cycle. I will still harvest the whole tray on the given date, but as soon they are tall enough to eat, I start eating them. For example, I'm not waiting until day 7-8 to eat radish sprouts. If I'm having a salad on day 4, I'll simply harvest a handful and use them that day.
It's technically in-between a sprout a and a micro-green at day 4, but who cares. They still taste great. Also the Pea shoots are super tender in the earlier days. :)

Troy, I think I’m gonna give these a try (micro greens ). A sustainable food source that’s easy to grow. Thanks and have a good day !

@@oskosh50 Sounds Great Ernie. I get to where I really crave them. Also, I have been doing lots of indoor and Outdoor Hydroponics. Plenty of videos to come on those also. :)
