      Hi Nadia! Glad you like them. Malori has been harassing me about these, so I'll probably keep making them. We recorded the Spleen channel already, and I just need to edit it. We'll probably record the HT channel and SI channel next week.

    When you needle stomach 36, 37 etc... do you needle in the muscle, or in the space between the muscle and the tibia bone ? Because it seems depending on people, the finger breadth measurement brings sometimes in the muscle, sometimes in this space between bone and muscle...
    Thank you (and sorry for my English)

    I always have trouble with Zu San Li and certain other points. It's a fleshy area and not easy like Hu Gu or Nei Guan. I actually have natural indentations at those last two points, and others like Bai Wei. I'm rather slim so some points are obvious on me. ST-36 is a bit more challenging. I find it interesting that many points have natural indicators as to their location. So many points to learn...it makes my head spin sometimes. lol

    • @tcmstudy
      @tcmstudy  4 года назад +1

      I've seen a few "tricks" for locating Zu San Li (some of them are even mentioned in textbooks) but they never worked very well for me or seemed very precise. I would usually measure for it, and after a while you'll be able to palpate for it. There is a small depression there you can feel; it's small, but it's there.
