I have to say that musicians of old would have performed and played anywhere and everywhere ( even warzones ), and I was mesmerised from the first few seconds of your playing. There is nothing wrong with where you are playing, and everything right with how you play. I can only dream of becoming as proficient, as they say practice practice, and when you are sick of practicing, practice some more. Thankyou for showing us the complexities of Mozart on your instrument so well!

Poor acoustics, lighting, volume and note clarity issues. (Did I miss anything?) Better to not release until performed in a better setting than to release something that people will skip. The skill is diminished by the environmental conditions. I am not saying your playing is 'meh' ... I am saying take more control of the environment.
